Limited Warranty Aluminium or Steel Products Hartman Aluminium frames have a three (3) year
Limited Warranty. Hartman Steel frames have a one (1) year
Limited Warranty. Hartman Pacific will replace at our option frames
or parts that fail due to any structural
defect in workmanship during normal use within one (1) for Steel frames or three
(3) years for Aluminium frames
from the date of purchase. In the event of a product line being discontinued,
Hartman Pacific reserves the right to
substitute a similar style or colour at our option. This Limited Warranty excludes
glass coverage (including breakage), strapping, and
frames damaged by acts of nature, abuse, lack of proper care or furniture used
for commercial purposes. Any
rusting of steel frames is specifically excluded from the limited warranty. Cushions and Umbrellas A One (1) Year Limited Warranty applies unless otherwise stated on specific products. Hartman Pacific has purchased the finest quality outdoor fabrics and frames available in today’s market. Our unique full cushion design is expertly tailored with the most sophisticated sewing techniques and filled with 100% polyester. If for some reason, the fabric discolours or separation occurs at the seams, Hartman Pacific will replace the cushion or umbrella at our option without charge within one (1) year from the date of purchase. This Limited Warranty specifically excludes fading. Wicker Products Hartman products have a one (1) year Limited Warranty. Hartman Pacific will replace at our option, any Hartman frame or part which fails due to any structural defect in workmanship and/or material during normal use within one (1) year from the date of purchase. Hartman Pacific reserves the right to substitute a similar style or coloured product in the event that a product colour or style has been discontinued. This Limited Warranty excludes furniture damaged by acts of nature, abuse, lack of proper care or furniture used for commercial purposes.
